This house was a tough sell in a bad economy but we made it happen. Great job!!!

The day we decided to put our house on the market she came prepared and had done all her research. She hired a professional photographer to come in and take photos of the house. She has very high standards for herself when it comes to selling a home she really takes pride in it. Michelle has contacted us about everything she was so good at communicating with us and working with us. We have animals and can’t just have people view the house she would always see what worked best for us and even help us remove our animals herself. Once we had a couple showings we had a buyer! Michelle had our best interest at every corner. I have worked with several other realtors in my life time and they did what they had to, to sell the house. I have never had one of them take care of our family the way Michelle did. She communicated everything with us like I said she did not cut any corners. We even ran into a issue with flood insurance that seemed like it would be impossible to figure out but after a few weeks straight on the phone and talking to a ton of people Michelle finally got an a she liked, a lot of the first calls that she made were extremely expensive. She kept trying until we ended up not having to pay what we all originally thought we would have to pay. I can not express how happy I am that we found Michelle. Also she is there for every aspect of the process. She is at every house viewing comes when you have your inspection. Very reliable. I highly recommend if your buying or selling a home you go with this amazingly kind strong women! Michelle made this very stressful process worry free. There were some obstacles that arose during the purchase and I thought the whole thing was going to fall apart, but Michelle found a way, and I now own my dream house.

She was able to help us purchase a property that was extremely difficult to even submit an offer. She never stopped until we figured it out. The rest was all done online. This was a new experience for us, as we have bought lots of property and always Sat in a room for closing. Michelle helped with the new experience helping me understand the multitude of papers, e-signing process, help with possible delay of closing due to unexpected health issue. I felt as if she was always standing at my side even though I never laid eyes on her. I always said I would never use a realtor again due to bad experiences with several but must say Michelle changed my mind.

She was knowlegable about housing prices and gave us good advice on what we should ask for ours. We had a showing the same day our house listed, and open houses on each of the following 2 days. The first person she showed the house to put in an above asking price offer, which we accepted. Closing was 6 weeks after the closing date. Michelle was available for questions we had throughout the process. We couldn’t be more pleased!

She answered any questions I had and sent me regular updates on any issues that needed attention. I was four hours away while trying to purchase a home and she made the process so easy with her feet on the ground that I didn't need to worry. I was amazed at just how fast the process went from looking at a home and closing in less than 2 months, it would have been even earlier, but the closing date had already been established.
